This notice describes contacts with Studio PQM and the features of studiopqm.it. Information provided and how the form works

The form uses your name, company, subject and description to prepare a draft in your email application. The page code does not submit these fields to a server, create a contact database or save them in persistent browser storage. The information remains accessible to the device and email application you use.

Studio PQM receives the message when you send the email, together with the sender address and any attachments you add. For telephone or WhatsApp enquiries, the practice receives information provided through that channel. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.

Purposes and lawful bases

• Responding to technical enquiries and preparing proposals or professional engagements: steps at your request before entering a contract and performance of a contract, where applicable, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
• Handling other information requests, correspondence and protection of the practice’s rights: legitimate interests in responding to contacts and protecting professional activities, under Article 6(1)(f).
• Meeting legal obligations arising from professional engagements: compliance with a legal obligation, under Article 6(1)(c).

Providing information to contact the practice is voluntary. Without contact details and sufficient information, it may not be possible to respond or assess your enquiry. Browsing does not constitute consent to additional purposes. The site does not include newsletter features, commercial profiling or automated decisions on enquiries.

Recipients and retention

Information received is processed to handle your enquiry and any subsequent professional relationship. Access may be provided, within their respective functions, to email and IT providers, collaborators or advisers involved in an engagement, and recipients authorised by law. Each provider’s privacy role depends on the service and applicable agreements.

Retention depends on the time needed to handle the enquiry and resulting relationship, applicable legal obligations, and the establishment or protection of legal rights. For enquiries that do not lead to an engagement, the criterion is the continuing relevance of the correspondence to the request received.

Technical information, cookies and external services

The site consists of static pages. Its code does not set cookies or use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Images, styles and scripts are served with the site; no third-party social widgets or maps are embedded. Website statistics in the hosting panel are disabled.

Browsing involves technical data needed to deliver pages and manage security and faults, such as IP addresses, request times, requested resources, response codes and browser information. The retention setting for website logs available to Studio PQM is 3 days. This setting does not describe every technical record the provider may process for its own service obligations. Technical data is used for operation and security, based on the legitimate interest in providing a reliable website, under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and applicable legal obligations.

Hosting and data location

The website uses Register S.p.A. Micro Hosting. Register acts as processor for data processed on behalf of Studio PQM under its data processing agreement. Its Web Hosting terms locate the hosting infrastructure in the European Union.

For services involving transfers outside the EEA, the agreement provides for applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Information and copies of applicable safeguards may be requested from Studio PQM at info@studiopqm.it.

Your rights and contacts

Subject to the conditions and limits of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to info@studiopqm.it.

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority or another competent supervisory authority.
